      Cons

      At times, you may need to log in late in the evening for standups or meetings, as some teams are based in the USA. However, the company is actively working to reduce this.

There's a strong sense of community here, my seniors here are always willing to mentor and share their knowledge, which has been incredibly helpful for me . We're actively encouraged to use and explore cutting-edge technology, ensuring our work remains innovative and industry-relevant. The working hours here are very flexible, making for a good work culture.

      The recent, stricter work-from-home policies have been a bit of a bummer, but overall, the work culture is still very good and flexible.
