      1. Poor work-life balance. 2. Limited growth opportunities. 3. Excessive reliance on managerial approval for decisions that could be made independently. 4. Ineffective hybrid work policy. 5. Insufficient onboarding process, particularly in business knowledge transfer. 6. Inadequate architectural planning in project designs. 7. Annual organizational restructuring. 8. Unclear project roadmap.

      Worst company to work with

      Every wednesday Rs. 500 zomato coupon from office.

      Cons

      Worst work life. After attending meetings till 2 am, they will pressurize you to go to office also next day. I am not sure if they consider us some super humans. They will force you to attend standups everyday at 9pm IST and in daylight saving at 10 pm, and the meeting will always stretch to minimum 12 or 12:30 mid night, irrespective of Friday. In short you don't have any personal and social life left. Then they don't offer any hikes, promotions, or full bonuses also. Toxic work culture. The team lead thinks he is the boss, he will try to manipulate you and put you under lot of pressure. There are no skip level meetings. your lead will also threaten you to layoff if you do not perform and deliver as per his wishes and as per his timelines. There is this ass-licking culture in upper management that you cant do anything about. In short I would not recommend anyone to join this company in my worst dreams also.
