Flexible working hours Good benefits with good salary The Growth rate is fine Free to explore new technologies to work on them

As far as I know there are no much cons . To work with other tech teams we need to work in our current team at least for an year

Good Compensation, Latest and greatest technology, Room to grow

Cons

Arbitrary HR Policies. Working hours can be long if team is spread across geographies. Late night meetings. Unlimited leaves actually goes against employees.
