Pros

The people are what make this place. Across engineering and product, there's a real sense of collaboration rather than competition. Teams actually help each other out when deadlines are tight, which isn't something I've experienced everywhere. The Dublin office has a strong, tight-knit culture, and leadership is approachable and easy to talk to directly rather than being buried behind layers of process. There's a good mix of autonomy and support. You're trusted to own your work, but never left to figure things out alone. It also doesn't feel like a "big company" in the worst sense. Decisions move fast and people are genuinely invested in getting things right, not just covering themselves.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and priorities occasionally shift, so you need to be comfortable with some ambiguity.
