Pros

Worked in a fast-paced environment with good exposure to real-time incident management and monitoring tools. The team was very supportive, and there was always help available during critical situations. Gained hands-on experience with multiple systems and improved troubleshooting skills significantly. Good collaboration between teams and clear communication during escalations. Overall, it helped build strong technical and operational confidence.

Cons

Workload can be high during peak times, and shift timings may be challenging sometimes.

Pros

Got to kind of experience the concert. We got a tour of Wembley stadium which was fun. Worked with some nice people, earned a decent wage

Cons

Sometimes the hours can be long, if you live far from the stadium it can sometimes be tricky getting back home.
