No doubt that when you're growing as fast as we are, we encounter some challenges along the way. However, we have some of the best minds helping us keep up with the pace of change. We've also recently investing a significant amount in technology to help with communications across a geographically dispersed group of employees.

Pros

Great training on the buying process as a whole and being able to understand what each step in the process and why it is important

Cons

A lot of busy work but if you really take it all in and ask questions as to why you are doing it, could be very helpful.
