The interview process and layoff cycles resulted in a very junior, but still high quality group of engineers Ambitious, excited workforce was a pleasure to be around Downtown location was an easy commute from some beautiful neighborhoods You'll leave with a healthy skepticism for deeply exploitative companies

Cons

Relentless astroturfers Pay is below market wages No successful products over the medium-long term Management seeks advantages in ethical loopholes "Us Against Them" attitude with every large technology company

Pros

Inspiring working environment. Dedicated co-workers who enable you the feeling of unity. The management appreciates you and puts no hard pressure over you. There is room for development.

Cons

The pay was good, but there could've been little larger bonuses, which again is not a con, just a suggestion.
