Good benefits and people are nice.

Cons

No work life balance. I rarely get a lunch. The team works till 10 PM sometimes and on weekends. As a new employee, I expected some team training and onboarding but there was very little. As an organization your manager is supposed to assign development goals and help with networking, my manager has not done any of this.
