Pros

Great benefits, great work life balance, and for me (perhaps I am lucky), interesting projects and great coworkers. Stability of a large enterprise. So far, no serious talk about returning to office for my department. I have been to the office on average once a month in the last year. Subsidized lunch is nice when I do go.

Cons

Slow to adopt latest tech (low risk appetite)--probably even more conservative to others in financial industry from what I have heard. For example, I still don't have access to docker on my local machine. Finding opportunities for advancement requires a level of self-marketing and politics that I don't have a knack for, but probably similar to most large companies.
