Pros

Good company culture and pay, with support available from teammates and leadership when needed. Constantly improving and emphasis on learning and innovation. Decent upward mobility during the time I was there.

Cons

Can get busy at times especially during month end. A bit of a learning curve and all the learning I had to do was through implicit or teammates' knowledge rather than study alone or documentation so know how to set up meetings with people. Also you will likely end up training or helping newer people on your team which I didn't dislike but can take some time.
