Pros

- Good pay - Generous leave/time off - Great 401k match - Nice offices

Cons

- No one really knows how to use any sort of new technologies or they use it wrong - Advancement is very opaque and raises are often only 1-2% - They used to allow remote work and half days on Fridays but that was taken away - WLB was awesome but then they took that away as well - Too many meetings - Leadership doesn't communicate well with average workers leading to constantly changing requirements for projects and/or too many cooks scenarios - If you want to advance your career, stay away from here, if you want to have a (at least used to be) cushy job that you will never need to leave until you retire, go here

Good to retire, not to move up

Pros

Great benefits, so probably nice to retire as the final company. Lots of passionate, smart people to engage with that want to be helpful.

Cons

Bureaucracy + GSE controlled nature = really slow advancement in career. Lots more people stuck in status quo that want to stay under radar and get by.
