Great remote company

Business Outlook

Pros

At least 1/3 of the workforce are permanent remote, including lots of senior leaders. Great work-life balance. Benefits are pretty standard. 6% 401k match. 10k home down payment reimbursement. Compensation is higher than other companies in industry. Fridays are about half day flexible.

Cons

Bonuses and annual increases are pretty low, even for high performers. Wish there was profit sharing. Government has Fannie in a conservatorship, which limits lots of Fannie's potential and opportunities.
