Pros

I was terminated but I cant complain. Decent severance and they gave me two months paid leave to look for a job b4 termination. The government cuts were needed and I was a casualty.

Cons

I was terminated. Manager was focus on details that didn’t necessarily matter. By far the most political place I have ever worked at I actually think I may have gotten fired because I was right leaning. Me and another conservative got fired and I just think that’s a big coincidence

Pros

Good health insurance, nicely appointed offices, terrific laptop.

Cons

I would avoid this company for the next 10 plus years. There are a ton of layoffs, and if you don't get laid off, then you need to do 5 times the normal workload. Also, the organization is being micro-managed by the FHFA.
