      Fannie Mae provides an excellent salary and benefits package. Flexible schedules, and liberal telecommuting options. Generous home purchase, and education assistance package.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement are largely related to the team that you are on, and who you know. Frequent layoffs have adversely affected morale.
