Pros

Great pay, great benefits, strong teams

Cons

More red tape than govt, continual cost cutting and layoffs, mgmt wastes money on unimportant work they think gives transparency but at the end of the day it does nothing but cause noise. Long hours, lots of yelling. Great place for bullies to get ahead.

Pros

Very easy days -- come in late, leave early, and not many people seem to be concerned. Maternity leave is fantastic. Great PTO.

Cons

Takes forever to get anything through the system. Still appears quasi-government. Seem to value external hires for higher positions -- hard to break-in.
