Good pay, especially if you can land a remote role, which is near impossible these days. An excellent company to work for, with great investment in the development of their people.
Cons
End of remote work. Big changes in company leadership leading to worries about the direction we are headed. Conservatorship is like a boot on the company's windpipe. Company changes are not communicated clearly or effectively.
