Pros

Flexible work environment: as a salaried employee, benefits like flexible hours, work-from home make for a decent work-life balance. Meanwhile, occasional company in-person events and celebrations are hosted as well, with in-office perks like food credit and EV charging. Although I am still a relatively new employee, my colleagues are respectful to me as well, displaying the company value of listening.

Cons

This may vary from team to team for such a large company, but for my team, I feel there could be more emphasis into innovation and formal gathering of such input, particularly from the associate level, into overall decision making processes for a particular department.
