- Excellent work life balance - Free food everyday prepared by kitchen staff - Barista on staff to make coffee - Superb office location and views - No micromanagement - we we're treated like adults

- Management was not proactive in helping issues that employees had - Felt like the company was not transparent. - Progression within the company felt limited - Management was arguably a bit too hands off - The onboarding department did not feel valued much by upper management
