Base salary /commission structure significantly lower than industry average

- Salary increases have gone downhill and follow a unusual structure, other teams get inflation correction but others don't? - Engineering team has not soul or say, we often are passed around by decision of the Product Team. - We get to work on Engineering based projects, but since the show is ran by the Product team there are always "things with more priority". - Some coworkers have very inflated ego, and it seems manager is scared of dealing with them. - The application seems to be running by luck, the level of spaghetti code is the biggest I have ever seen. - A lot of pushback from the engineers to change the legacy parts they build because of their egos. - Favoritism treatment for some employees (Raises, Bonuses, and even 3 day work week for some). - American coworkers in my office earn more than locals, even though they should not. - Engineering Managers don't seem to get along, you often get contradicting statements from them. - Good luck getting anything from infra team, they are always busy but nobody knows on what.
