Pros

The benefits are numerous, flexible schedule, great support staff, regular bonuses, and a great company morale. Senior management is very accessable and open to questions and concerns.

Cons

There are not a whole lot of opportunities for growth within the company. Turnover in the administrative staff is a constant issue.

I have a good boss who is very respectful and tries really hard to write new business.

Cons

Its just not a company that is very willing to accept much of what is quoted. Underwriting guidelines are so rigid its nearly impossible to write anything new.
