-Coworkers are great -Team (coworker) culture, everyone helps everyone -Gym -Nice building
Cons
-Underpaid -Limited PTO -Of the PTO you have, good luck getting it approved -PTO will be approved for some but not for others depending solely on WHO submits it. -Will only advance in the company if you are in the “in” group. Your success is solely based on corporate politics. -Micromanagement -If you are not in the “in” group, you will be monitored 24/7 by your manager to see if you do something incorrectly that will be used against you in the future, basically wanting you to fail. -Very toxic management, but only the direct report. Upper management was great and incredibly helpful. -No flexibility in scheduling. If you have a hospital appointment in the morning or a sick kid, you’ll have to let your manager know weeks in advance. If not, you will be reprimanded.
