      Pros

      It was a great place to work at before they got rid of the COO a few years back. He had direction and was very knowledgeable. Replacing him with the new was a big big mistake.

      Cons

      Does not follow ethical practices. Questionable Senior staff. Very "clicky" and unfair. Any issues raised are always brushed under the carpet. Can't trust anyone.

      Pros

      FPI employees are the company's best asset. They are incredibly ambitious, love problem solving and enjoy mentoring new employees. The company has good benefits and supports employees' family and community commitments.

      Cons

      New projects are added to the work plan causing priorities to change fairly often. Staffing resources are sometimes strained to accommodate these changes.
