Pros

FPI is great company for entry-level positions.

Cons

FPI does not promote within. Once you are ready to move to the next phase of your career you are better off going somewhere else.

Pros

Sometimes they would let me take care of personal matters as long as I made up hours even though I was salary.

Cons

Overbearing Management pretends to care though does not even bother to actually talk about responsibilities or methods of compensation. Underpaid for expectations. Lack of growth. Very ladder-oriented, Do your time slave. Cannot recognize hard workers. Work comes first unless you have children. While they are trying to create a career path, the path is, make your direct supervisor happy while they do not participate with the people they supervise, at least within CSC. Very socially oriented, skills within the job do not matter. This aligns with the "just do your time" They assure that their lack of role definitions is to help you when in reality it is to give them freedom to speak negatively.

Pros

Flex and 401K,some team members are good

Cons

The workplace environment is hostile and discriminatory. IT leadership lacks direction and often appears confused. Instead of addressing their own shortcomings, they tend to blame employees for leadership-related issues. While HR organizes superficial employee appreciation events, they seem to lack genuine concern for the well-being of employees. Additionally, there's a palpable lack of trust towards customers, and candid communication or provision of accurate information is not valued
