- Laid back place to work - Hard work, and good results, are rewarded with more work, always busy! - If you're in with the exec team, you're good to go - The Farm Credit system is an interesting place and a noble cause

Cons

- New CEO seems in over his head, out of his experience and struggling - While billed as a "tech company", technology decisions lack direction - A high focus on Customer Service, but CSS is viewed as a dead end job
