Pros

Slightly competitive pay - probably to make up for the bad of everything else. Some coworkers were okay. But you also get the vibe they don't give a crap and probably talk behind your back. They offer good health insurance and benefits, 401K match.

Cons

Management - both departmental and over all. Slightly after I began working here, they assigned a new CEO, Bob Passini, and he is very old-fashioned and has not helped the focus or overall good of the company. I watched many people leave this company, management and otherwise, in my one year tenure here and it did not take me long to find out why. I was only in the office shortly before COVID, but the office gossip and overall hate spreading around the office was abysmal. My department manager quit a few months after I started, and the person who took over her role was best friends with a member of my team and gave him special treatment (having me and other cover his shifts while he was "sick", meanwhile he was posting on social media skiing trips the same day!) Training. Everyone assigned to me for training, even when they had nothing in their queue to really tend to, could NOT be bothered with training me properly - probably the reason another person who started AFTER me quit BEFORE me. Another "tech" in my department quit while I was here, and instead of hiring someone else, my manager put all of her duties onto me even though she was technically not in the same realm of work as I did day-to-day. Not to mention there was also no pay increase at all for this. One of my only days in the office I heard long-term employees not only bad-mouthing other employees in ear-shot, but calling them derogatory terms.
