Flexible schedule working environment with driven people that want to make an impact. Great culture from the top down.

Cons

Playing catch up in media industry standards from a technology point, but working to rapidly improve.

The last year has been such a learning curve for so many employers with the COVID-19 pandemic, and it's been difficult to connect in all the appropriate ways as we've navigated the work from home model. Since you've indicated you are a current employee, we welcome your suggestions to counteract the weirdness you feel you've experienced. We don't have an Executive Assistant in Chicago, but please feel free to provide your feedback to HR so we can work toward a solution, even through our anonymous feedback site.
