Pros

The company aims to keep everyone informed on overall direction and goals, and the people are some of the best I have come across.

Cons

I really don't have many complaints. No job is perfect, but here I have seen that although hard work is expected it is also recognized.

Pros

Not stagnant. Lots of opportunities and new products. Not relying on print magazines to carry them into the future.

Cons

Management is mostly the same age (early 60s), white, male-dominated. Probably going to be sold in the near future.
