      great potential learning opportunity in P&C as well as in Life. Key word being opportunity. Structure of agencies vary depending on agent that allows for growth

      Cons

      every agents office is different - No formal training on Farmers products. The only real training you get at the agent office level is only how that agent wants you to work their book.
