      Too high of expectations for new people. Too heavy of caseloads.

      Decent PTO Flexible hours Management friendly

      Cons

      -Pay is terrible -They do not internally promote, once in position no room for growth - too many rules and regulations added every month or more frequent which makes work severely tedious and more than what they want to compensate for - unless you perform practically perfect you will not receive bonus - unfair work deliberation as receive others work if they go on leave or decide to take a break from work your assigned all of their work
