There’s a lot of inconsistency when it comes to certain procedures in place. We’re not always on the same page and it shows in the delivery to customers. We’re always having to sell and that’s not apart of the job description. The job description doesn’t include commissions. The pay is low compared to other companies and this doesn’t include the P&C licensing. Also, there’s a lot of back and forth about wanting to advance and take the P&C licensing. They said that they would pay for this, but every time it’s brought up in meetings, it’s brushed off.

the way the agency's are set up (depending on owner obviously) it is nearly impossible to make significant money, unless you own your own agency- I worked 70 hours a week and sold a ridiculous amount of premium across all lines and I brought in less than $55K that year- it is really disheartening
