      Pros

      I honestly really can't think of any right now. I would say that Farmers a is good place to work if you have worked there for several years. People who have worked there for 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 years seemed to love. However, how does a newer person stick around a company that long?

      Cons

      When and if layoffs or cut backs start if you haven't been at that company for more than 10 or 15 years, you are nothing to them.

      Pros

      It's a Pay check, Benefits average, Vacation average. If you can pass the "Goon" ambush, and the inquisition. You will advance.

      Cons

      It's a Pay check, really there are much better companies. Micro management, people who have been kick out of the best companies end up here. Upper management are not insurance people they are bean counters that could not find employment elsewhere. So if you like Knee Jerk reactions, Bad decisions, and the rose smell to mask this stink of total incompetence, you belong at Farmers. If you are a professional, do not apply.
