Pros

Farnsworth offers great healthcare benefits, 2 weeks vacation starting, and many other benefits and bonuses for health/fitness, PPE, bonuses, etc. All of the people i worked with was a team player and very hard working. Farnsworth and my supervisors really care about their employees and their success both at work and personal life balance.

Cons

One thing that would make the work life better is if they offered more flexibility in the work schedule and the ability to work from home. Especially after the COVID pandemic. Since we confirmed that it is both efficient and people love the flexibility to accommodate to family life.

Pros

Company is small, employees all know each other well and the atmosphere is really encouraging. First level management is some of the best I've ever worked for.

Cons

Senior level management is a little old school. No flex time or dedicated telework days. Since the pandemic, they've offered WFH, but we are not aware of when that will end or if it will continue in any capacity.
