Pros

FGI is very diversified in both market sector and discipline so they can afford to keep high performing employees that have slow periods in their sector / specialty. Work is shared across groups to maintain a good work life balance and keep utilization more consistent. The best thing of all, is the security of knowing you have a place here long term. The people are great to work with and the projects are meaningful.

Cons

Only the same minor things that every similar sized company deals with. FGI management does their best to keep things fair and appropriate. However, it is a business and expectations are appropriately high.

Pros

Company is small, employees all know each other well and the atmosphere is really encouraging. First level management is some of the best I've ever worked for.

Cons

Senior level management is a little old school. No flex time or dedicated telework days. Since the pandemic, they've offered WFH, but we are not aware of when that will end or if it will continue in any capacity.
