      Tremendous opportunity for those willing to create, provide innovation, and work hard for Clients on a variety of projects. Tremendous Culture with team members within the firm. Locations available in attractive locations across the country within full service engineering and architectural firm. Fun environment - review F-W.com

      Pros far out way any cons. Be prepared to work on a variety of projects and opportunities with a talented and energized team. Consulting projects for some clients although very rewarding and challenging can have some fast paced schedules

      Pros

      Farnsworth has the combined atmosphere of a small firm, where everyone is really great friends with eachother, and a larger firm, where lunches are catered, and the budget for office supplies is seemingly endless. Towards the end of my time with FW, I was friends with principles, managers, and everyone else. Farnsworth is the type of organization where people in positions of power, like the principles, or even the CEO, are not mythical beings to be feared, but awesome people you will befriend.

      Cons

      The disconnect between departments within the organization causes a LOT of stress/poor communication for admins.

      Pros

      The company will recognize your potential and give you opportunities to pursue them. Laid back work environment. Worksharing across offices is a big plus - the advances in technology and the company's initiative to push these technologies have made this a success. If you want to be an A+ player, they will let you - and give you opportunities.

      Cons

      Typical office environment, and some negatives that are associated with that.
