Pros

+Great coworkers: Everyone is friendly, hardworking and willing to help. +Snacks & events: They always have snacks in the break room, they bring in breakfast on Monday mornings, and they have tons of events to help build team dynamics and lighten the mood. I understand that a lot of my remarks are overly positive, but I really have had a wonderful experience at Farragut. The overall work experience is the best I have seen/experienced.

Cons

-There are times when work loads can be hard, but this is going to be true anywhere. They are also working to make sure everyone has a healthy work life balance through things like having 20 paid days off each year and social events.

Only for non-engineers, slow growth company

Pros

good for non-engineers to start their careers in software development company and learn programming with a decent salary

Cons

Severely Micro-managed, the management and developer ratio is 1:2, no long term vision, only looking to sustain the current business with less focus on growth. Under utilized resources and bad resource management.
