Pros

- Opportunities to provide input and create change! - Everyone is friendly and accessible (from the top down, everyone is happy to help and answer any questions. - Growth is encouraged, and I've gotten to learn so much.

Cons

- With great power comes great responsibility.... with the opportunity to create change comes the challenge of balancing current work with creating new processes and process improvement.

Pros

Freedom to do what you want as long as you get your work done

Cons

Worsening health benefits each year, low pay, awards plastered all over the office from a decade ago, code that's been touched by multiple people prior to you with poor documentation. I think the most embarrassing thing was going on a job interview and having the interviewer pull up an article about a client who was considering to terminate their contract.

I am sorry that you feel that your experience at Farragut was poor enough to make this post. At Farragut, we do have an open door policy and would have been open and receptive to your feedback at any time during your 3-yr tenure here; in fact, we would still welcome your feedback should you desire to contact us now that you are no longer employed by the company. I will address the comments about our employee benefits: Farragut prides itself on maintaining a benefits package which is competitive in the market. We work with a local insurance broker who handles hundreds of clients. From the feedback which we have received from that brokerage firm, as well as reports about companies in the RTP area, our benefits package is comparable to (or better than) most companies in the area. We have been told that our health plan premiums are the lowest of our broker's clients. Additionally, Farragut pays 75-80% of the premium for employees and their dependents.
