Overall a good place to work and WLB

Pros

- Currently supporting remote work / flexible with hours. Not sure if this will continue but I expect it will. - Decent pay - Opportunity to have an impact/stand out since it is a small company team - Some willingness to allow you to try out new technologies

Cons

- Software and applications are a little outdated (however working to improve) - Meeting heavy - Time tracking - Too much emphasis on tracking work and times versus actual work
