Pros

Fast treats their employees better than any other company I know with great salary, benefits, and room to grow. The programming is kept up with modern methods and there is always something new to learn. Moving to different parts of the country/possibly world is always exciting.

Cons

Overtime is sometimes required and some employees see moving to new job sites with their families every couple of years as a con. However, Fast does a great job assisting families with the moving process.

Pros

They expect a lot, but they give back. Above average benefits and compensation. Salaried position, but with paid overtime. Yearly expense paid family vacation.

Cons

Relocation, relocation and relocation. Sometimes the culture is a little too 'college frat party' for my taste. We don't get a lot of feedback on our work.
