There is a lack of diversity across the board, meaning it's easier to run into people that lack social and cultural awareness. Higher management is out of touch, and most aren't open to hearing about what young employees bring to the table, even though they mostly hire people straight out of college, which is also a con. It's easier for them to take advantage of people because they know college kids are used to working long hours and don't yet have an idea of a realistic and sustainable work-life balance. If you are looking to be a developer, you might be disappointed. It's mostly configuration unless you work in conversion or on the tech team. Lastly, the company culture is definitely there but feels a little cult-ish sometimes.

Over worked and under paid. The paid overtime is not enough for the amount of stress you could be under. Lower level employees are under stress because of bad managment. Managers are chosen without considering ability to lead. Women's complaints about being uncomfortable in the work place are not taken seriously. Maybe okay for a first job, but don't work here more than a year.
