Business Outlook
Pros
There are so many. The management is great. They really care about us and are very generous. It is rewarding to work for a company that does such a great job and is so respected by its clients. It makes going to work a pleasure. This is a very unique company and should be a textbook model on how companies should be run and employees treated.
Cons
Our business model requires that we move about every 3 to 5 years. FAST makes it as easy as possible but it still has its challenges. The positive side of this is that I've been able to see some new places that I would not have otherwise seen.
