      Pros

      - Great health care benefits for yourself and family - Good salary

      Cons

      - When not working on an active rollout the work can begin to feel a little stale/boring. - Most of their tech stack is proprietary so most of what you learn about it is not transferrable. If you are into the bleeding edge of technology that would be something you have to pursue on your own time. - Documentation of their product is not great so you may spend enormous amounts of time trying to figure it out before you can actually begin to solve the clients problem.

      Good salary and a very good way to grow your soft skills, especially if you want to end up in project management.

      Cons

      Most coding is done with proprietary software so it’s non transferable.

      Worked on code from early on.

      Cons

      People get shifted between teams without getting any say in the matter which isn't great. They're making a shift away from overtime culture but there is still quite an expectation of overtime.
