      Pros

      Great work environment, management, and owners. They treat employees more than fair, and give the ability to work on your own. Team building is encouraged as well as volunteering. Several locations to relocate as well as international.

      Cons

      Sometimes short notice on moves, however, the company covers the expenses. Long hours on rollouts, however, it is not all the time.

      Pros

      They provide great benefits. The employees are pretty close knit since we relocate so often. The partners are pretty hands-on and know most of the employees.

      Cons

      The job sometimes requires very long and strenuous hours. Relocation can definitely be an issue, especially with families and short notice.

      Pros

      The sky is the limit on what you can achieve in a short amount of time with FAST. You can work throughout the country in different locations. We are even beginning to penetrate the foreign markets. If you are looking for an exciting career path with no remedial day to day symptoms, then FAST is a great choice. My advice to any new employee is, "Go for It".

      Cons

      It can be hard to balance work and play, especially when you are engaged in working with the client and making sure they receive the best software experience possible. If you can manage this one aspect and keep a good attitude about some of the dynamic changes the company makes on an annual basis, then the sky is the limit.
