      Pros

      Management at a corporate and team level are excellent, and work hard to help you succeed. Always willing to listen to any concerns, or ideas for improvement.

      Cons

      Relocation is to be expected, can be an issue for some. In some cases, there will be high amounts of overtime required.

      Fast is a company that will never stifle your growth and is open to people applying themselves and trying to be their best. You're never pitted against coworkers for promotions it's always a team mindset rather than a selfish one.

      Long hours, possibility of relocation at short notice
