Pros

Great benefits, really like the people, doing something good, able to take on a lot of responsibility

Cons

Your experience here depends a lot on your manager. There are some that are great and others that weren't meant to be managers. Trust and appreciation for employees can be lacking.

Not flexible & difficult to grow

Pros

Benefits are great, pay is good (if you are an implementation consultant, forget about it if you're a training or testing coordinator). Company pays for moving and incentivizes you to keep relocating with bonuses, so if you don't mind moving it's a plus. Most people you will work with are really nice. The job can be fantastic if you align closely with the company's approach to work and relocation.

Cons

Minimal 401k matching, partners have an old-school mentality about in-office work. Absolutely no flexibility for remote work or personal circumstances. Working hours are strict 8/8:30-5/5:30. Very little work-life balance support for people with families or those who do not wish to relocate (policies eliminate many financial bonus and salary increase options for non-relocaters regardless of how good you are at your job). Partners frequently disagree on policy and approach, so you will get decision whiplash from their varying opinions. Many policies are not explicitly documented, allowing for "partner discretion" to reign and for the result to be different depending on which partner is asked for approval. Flat company structure means that you will 'peak' in your highest position relatively early in your career and it is difficult to grow further after 4-5 years, unless you love what you are doing and are content to keep doing it in different places. The people elevated to management positions are not always right for the job and don't receive much training on how to manage a team, so your experience will be hit or miss depending on the leadership at the project you're assigned to. There is no interest at the corporate level in the changes that employees want; if anything, policies are getting more restrictive and benefit employees less in regards to the flexibility that many seek in the post-covid world. Simply put, if you do not fit into the status-quo box that they have created, you will not be happy here.

Pros

- Decent pay, especially for sites with Cost of Living Adjustments - Great coworkers on project sites

Cons

- Seems like the company is happy to churn hew hires rather than try to retain employees with 5-10 years of experience - Side-benefits like annual company retreat, annual bonuses, relocation benefits, etc. seem to have gone down since the company added 12 new company partners to the initial 5.
