Pros

There are weird things that occur here. A lot of people have little technical backgrounds and FAST is the only development job they had. Incredibly lots of incompetent people, and their backgrounds really show it. The most competent people are the founders and their groups. They keep the company running, and honestly they are brilliant. Others? Oh man, the caliber of people drops off quickly. These people lack all semblance of creativity and logics and are great at being told what to do and how to live their life. Probably that's the reason I saw so much racism and misogyny. If you're desperate for a job, come. But plan to leave as soon as possible.

Cons

Lots of coworkers end up dating and marrying. You become isolated and lonely, and are worked 60 to 80 hour weeks for months at a time. Some of the most racist people I've ever met worked in management positions in this company.
