My contract manager really took care of any problem that ever came up -- and the office staff, if I needed something would do anything they could to help. The jobs I got at fastswitch made my career, and I've gained an enormous amount of skillsets working for their clients. If you put in the time, your career will be impacted. Oh -- I forgot to mention -- once or twice a year I'd go take a course or certification to continue my studies -- Fastswitch paid for them.

Cons

The timekeeping software always leaves room to be desired.
