Pros

Flexible compensation packages with competitive rates; great relationships with clients; very, very good medical, dental and vision plan if you select it; contractor-centric approach to business; training budget; parking reimbursement; recruiters and client reps work very hard to keep you billing; responsive staff; great payroll department and SUPER FAST reimbursements.

Cons

They are always there for their consultants. I have not had any issues.

Pros

Strong management team with knowledgeable sales staff and the strongest recruiting staff I have worked with. Scorecards with large accounts prove that Fast Switch is a consistent supplier year after year and consultants have many opportunities to move to after their first assignment. As costs are very well controlled in the company, we have been able to pay candidates on the upper end of their pay requests which has enhanced their happiness on their projects and increased our overall retention.

Decent hourly rate, although it's hard to know if you're being compensated fairly based on the bill rate. Somewhat interested in contractors welfare at the company they're placed.

No rate increase No idea what the bill rate is up front No idea what percentage of the bill rate is contractors cut
