Pros
The technology is ground breaking and exciting. Incredible co-workers. You work with a lot of good people who sincerely want the best for the company and the CEO really cares about the individuals.
Cons
Although the CEO has the right intentions he is on overload, he has too much on his plate and isn't able to be effective in all of his responsibilities.He's currently addressing individual issues during production meetings with the entire company rather than discussing them directly with the person. Rather than using this time to bolster his team each meeting is a chastisement and it's discouraging to the crew, especially to those who are completely unrelated to the issues. The ratio of critique to constructive conversation is like 10 to 1. It's leaving everyone in a rut.

Pros
Long term employment, good pay, great benefits including my favorite: PTO. You accrue hours each pay period and it's free time off that you can use. Adds up pretty quick, too! I use it all the time. It's super easy to get time off and with PTO hours I get paid as if I've worked!
Cons
Small town life - if it's not for you, don't work here. Unless you like to drive... A long way. Any major city is about 1- 1.5hrs away. A set pay rate, these guys only give cost of living raises, no other raises. So don't get your hopes up when it's time for your review.
