Co-workers are supportive and welcoming.

Cons

Training was sitting watch videos that were sporadically delivered. Swimming without a life vest and expect you to absorb information without any direction.

Everyday was a new opportunity to be creative, whether it was simple yard signs or trades how displays. Lots of problem solving!

Cons

The customer had a hard time realizing that their orders might take more time then they planned on, very demanding at times.
