      Met some really good individuals.

      Cons

      Most toxic work environment to date. Making hard work impossible is the name of their game. If you are skilled and driven this is NOT the place for you. Hard work and ingenuity are rewarded with public shaming and bullying. Job security and growth are non existent. By far and away the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working for.

      New projects everyday, literally everyone needs your product so the sales process isn't difficult. Great way to meet different businesses, non profits, and institutions in your community.

      Cons

      Independent franchise system means your experience is HIGHLY dependent on the individual owners. Ask around and find a good shop.
